The United States regulatory authorities established lists of compounds, outlining the health effects and exposure limits to the human population. 美国有关政府建立一系列针对人体影响以至人体能暴露化合物的极限。

One major group of these chemicals is……Volatile Organic Chemicals(VOCs)
 其中重要的化学主分就是。。。挥发性有机化合物 (VOCs)。

 

VOCs also exist in urban environment as the result of vehicle emissions. The compounds monitored for this purpose are petroleum hydrocarbons such as benzene, Toluene and Xylenes.


VOC存在于城市中汽车废气环境。里面含有苯,甲苯,二甲苯。
Several harmful VOCs may exist in old buildings where unregulated insulating material has been used.(Formaldehyde).
还有很多有害的VOC存在与旧的建筑物中,(甲醛)。
 

 

 

Some locations contain hazardous waste materials. Those locations must be cleaned, and during that process, the air must be monitored to ensure the safety of employees.
有些区域存在一些有害的废物。这些区域必须清洁,但在这之前必须检测此区域空气对员工是安全的。
